Tonight is opening night for the Perseids Meteor Shower, and excitement is building across the city. As eager audience members gather beneath the stars, Moon prepares to direct the most spectacular show in the sky. The curtains are ready to rise, the constellations are waiting in the wings, and the meteors are prepared to dazzle the crowd with a performance they'll never forget.
But when the show begins, something goes terribly wrong.
Despite Orion's perfect pose, Pegasus's dazzling smile, and the meteors' breathtaking leaps across the sky, the audience can't see a thing! As confusion spreads and the performers begin to worry, Moon must uncover what's stealing the spotlight before the night's grand finale is ruined.
Can Moon save the performance and help the audience discover the wonders waiting above their heads?

ABOUT THE CREATORS
Annie Hobbs lives submerged in a world of adventure, a splash of ocean, and a sprinkle of pixie dust. She is an Ink and Paint artist for Disney, working in Walt's original Ink & Paint Department with Disney Animation Studios. Annie's produced character & licensed artwork for The Walt Disney Company, Disney Parks & Resorts, Walt Disney Imagineering, Pixar, Tim Burton, and Lucasfilm.
Both creators are represented by the wonderful Lynnette Novak from The Seymour Agency.


Heather Macht is a dinosaur fanatic, monster enthusiast, avid stargazer, and author of 15 books for young readers including The Mutant Critter Sitter series (ABDO 2024). She is also the creator of #SeasonsOfKidLit.com which has received over 30K views and interactions since its opening only 3 years ago. Heather has a passion for storytelling and connecting with young readers.
